Consent to Personal Data Processing

As a user of the form at https://niteus.ru/, I freely and voluntarily consent, in my own interests, to the processing of the personal data listed below by Sergeev Alexey Nikolaevich (Сергеев Алексей Николаевич), acting as a private individual, address: 474 Lenina St., Stavropol, 355000, Russia, email: niteus@niteus.ru.

Purpose: receiving and assessing my enquiry, clarifying my requirements, responding through the contact I provide and agreeing on further steps at my request.

Data: my name; preferred contact method; the email address, telephone number or Telegram username I provide; company, if supplied; selected service; project description and personal data I include that are necessary to handle the enquiry. Processing also covers the enquiry identifier and date, form language, source page and UTM parameters submitted with the form, status and relevant internal notes, and the consent timestamp and version.

Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use for the stated purpose, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing uses automated tools and human involvement.

Service providers processing data on behalf of the Controller: none. The enquiry is stored in the Website database in the Russian Federation on a virtual server provided by SOESTA CJSC (ЗАО «СОЕСТА»), 18 Artema St., Stavropol, 355002, Russia; the provider does not process personal data on the Controller’s behalf. The response is sent through the channel I choose: email from an address on the niteus.ru domain, telephone or Telegram, using only the information needed to respond.

Consent remains effective until the purpose is achieved, for no longer than 90 calendar days from submission, or until withdrawal, whichever occurs first. Where an independent lawful basis exists afterwards, the relevant data may be processed only within the scope and retention period of that basis.

I may withdraw consent by emailing niteus@niteus.ru or writing to 474 Lenina St., Stavropol, 355000, Russia, identifying the contact used in my enquiry and requesting that processing cease. The Controller ceases processing and destroys data in accordance with statutory procedures and deadlines unless another lawful basis applies.

This consent does not authorise advertising messages, publication of my data or processing for third-party analytics. Storage and any transfer arrangements are described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

I give consent through a separate action: I select the initially unchecked “I consent to the processing of my personal data” checkbox and submit the form. The Website records the consent version and timestamp.
